WHAT IS GAZPACHO?
Gazpacho is a refreshing cold soup created from raw ingredients. Sound scary? It’s surprisingly delicious! This highly nutritious and delicious soup hails from Spain, and is a favourite summer snack in the sun-basked country.
The most popular version of gazpacho is tomato-based (as is ours), and we developed our own recipe based on traditional gazpacho, but with tweaks to suit the Aussie palate. Served chilled and perfect for a summery day, gazpacho is also filled with plenty of goodness. Rich in minerals, antioxidants, fibres and vitamins C, A and E – this soup is not only a tasty snack or meal, but it’s also great for your body!
WHY EAT GAZPACHO?
In this day and age people are considering more than ever about what goes in their bodies. We want food that is nutritious but also super tasty! Gazpacho is mostly raw, blended veggies – no bad stuff at all. And our recipe is free from all preservatives and other fake nasties, with only WA produce for a fresh, uplifting flavour. I am Sonia (right) from Geraldton, Western Australia. I have a passion for the simple and good things in life, and sharing my Spanish culture with others.
For me, the flavour of gazpacho transports me back to my land. I grew up with the flavour and it is a pleasure to be able to share it and bring it to Australia, my land and home now.
Bravo Gazpacho is passionate about natural and healthy eating, and we want to show you all how simple it is to eat healthy in an easy and delicious way.
